There are tornado siren nerds
Seriously. I took a close picture of a new siren on campus one day, just because. Two people commented on it, one of which takes pictures of tornado sirens wherever they go. Even on vacation. They even have a Lego photoset of sirens they made of Lego. They know the details of every siren ever made. Such an odd hobby.
